ORDERS
Rainbow will accept orders only via our website’s (Rainbow)
online ordering system. Prices are checked regularly, however if we find
the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and
ask if you wish to proceed. Orders will not be processed until payment
is received and if payment is made by personal or business cheque, the
order will not be processed until the funds have been cleared through
the processing bank.
PAYMENTS
Payment may be made by credit card, money order, bank
cheque and wire transfer. All payments must be in British GB£ funds.
Payment for goods must be received before the goods are dispatched.
Please allow up to ten working days for cheque clearance.
WARRANTIES
As a condition of sale customers must deal directly
with the relevant manufacturer and comply with the manufacturer's
instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the
product manufacturer in such cases. We will also provide you with the
contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not
apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the
customer or its employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance
with the manufacturer's instructions. All warranties cover
manufacturer's defects only. The warranty period for each product may
vary. Details of the warranty period are shown in the product
specifications on the manufacturer's website and or documentation. If you are in doubt please check with the relevant
manufacturer of the product you wish to purchase.
SALES TAX
Rainbow shows product prices which are inclusive of 17.5% Value Added
Tax (VAT) as applicable in the UK. The breakdowns of VAT charges are
shown in the ordering process and always on the purchase invoice.
POLICY
Rainbow reserves the right to change details (as may be specified by the respective product
manufacturer) of the products reflected in this website and to furnish
products when so altered without reference to specifications used
herein. Rainbow is not responsible for typographical or printing
errors. All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by
Rainbow. Acceptance of any order is not represented until said
order is shipped. The right to refuse any order is reserved by
