Parameter Stepping

Step symbolic, value, or model parameters to see how circuit performance is affected. For example, you can step the beta of one or more transistors to see the effect on circuit behavior. Up to twenty parameters may be stepped in either a nested loop or simultaneously. The parameters may be stepped linearly, logarithmically, or with a list of values. You can even step text to select different model names or subcircuits.

Micro-Cap plots the waveforms on the same graph to show the effect of the parameter variation. This lets you investigate different designs, explore design limits, and optimize a circuit's performance.
